Hai, this small bunker will do nicely.

The camouflaged roof will make it difficult to see from above.

Down the coast a much larger bunker is under construction.

Improved by a protective roof covered in palm leaves.

 Back entrances.

Another small bunker with a Machine Gun Team.

With a protective roof installed.

Acheson has more great items to fortify Pacific islands.
Check it out.

Thank you Chuck L. for these nice models!

  1. Very effective scenery indeed, really looks the part. The bonsai looking trees look excellent, I assume they are plastic!

  2. Thank you Alan,
Yes, they are plastic from a pet store fish department.

  3. Looks very promising and impressive, Bill. I cannot help imagining a squadron of F4U Corsairs buzzing around overhead ala TV's Black Sheep Squadron. Or maybe some Curtis P40s since the timeframe is between the wars?

    Best Regards,

    Stokes

  4. Thank you Stokes,
I know what you mean about USAAF or USMC pilots flying overhead.
    Cheers,
